The Elder who heads this Pillar will perform a variety of tasks including:
- High quality bible study for each Fellowship or Ladang
- Train and support lay workers about the Bible
- Supervise Small Groups
- Recommend curriculum materials and resources for Children and Adult Sunday School
- Plan and administer the educational program of the congregations
- Annual Staff Retreat
- Library
